Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga where movement is linked to breath. Unlike static styles, no two classes are exactly the same, which keeps the practice fresh and engaging. It's suitable for all levels, and at Riverside Yoga our classes are designed to be welcoming for complete beginners with options for more advanced students.

Collette Keehnen is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice and a Northern Rivers local for the past decade.
Shaped by years of travel and a deep love of yoga philosophy, Collette's approach is grounded and unhurried. She has a special interest in helping people take what they learn on the mat and actually apply it to their lives, building a quiet confidence that extends well beyond the class.
She started teaching yoga with one simple intention: to create a space where everyone feels welcome and yoga is accessible to all.
Selin is a yoga teacher and hypnotherapist with over a decade of practice, trained by some of the world's most respected teachers across India, Turkey, the US and Australia.
She brings a rare blend of intelligent movement, meditative awareness and deep presence to every class. Her flows are both uplifting and calming, and she has a gift for making every student feel truly seen.
Through her hypnotherapy practice and yoga teaching, Selin's passion is inner transformation. Helping people find stillness, grounding and a genuine connection to themselves.
